With a majestic tree positioned at the heart of the property, the challenge lay in harmonizing the design around it.
Starting with the foyer, a transition from concrete finishes to sleek interiors sets the tone. Guests are welcomed into the spacious open-plan living areas, where natural light floods the space, and verdant pool views create an idyllic ambiance. The living room exudes comfort with ample seating and natural tones, accented by architectural details throughout. Custom millwork showcases curated decor and artworks, enhancing the sense of space and cohesion.
Moving through the hallway, adorned with organic elements, one reaches the bedrooms and family room, boasting a relaxed yet refined ambiance. The primary bedroom offers serene pool views, creating a sanctuary-like atmosphere. The outdoor space, reminiscent of a tranquil oasis, features various areas for relaxation and entertainment, including a billiards area, outdoor dining, and a sleek lounge area.
